Visit Connect is an online platform that you can open on your smartphone or tablet. With Visit Connect, you easily collect information from visitors at your stand. By scanning the visitor’s badge with the tool, you receive all the data you need for lead follow‑up.

Visit Connect is not the same as the Smart Badge Reader. With the  Smart Badge, the visitor scans the reader on your stand and then receives your company information by email after the event. You also receive the data of all visitors who scanned your reader.

With Visit Connect, you scan the visitor’s badge yourself and immediately receive their information in the online environment. You can also add useful notes and attach questions.

How does it work?

From this edition of InstallTech & Bouw, Visit Connect is integrated into the new Easyfairs NL App. You will receive an email that allows you to log in to the app and open Visit Connect.

  1. Download the Easyfairs NL app and log in with the credentials from the email (3 weeks before the event).
  2. Open Visit Connect in the Easyfairs NL app (green button at the top).
  3. Click ‘Add lead’ to open the camera.
  4. You can now start scanning visitor badges!
  5. All scan data is stored on the devices and can later be exported from My Easyfairs into a convenient Excel file.
