Benefits for you as exhibitor

EasyGo makes your participation in InstallTech & Bouw much easier. You can manage your participation quickly and easily via the online platform My Easyfairs. Here, you will find all the information you need before and during the event. This includes the ways in which we help you invite your customers and prospects to visit InstallTech & Bouw, connect your Smart Badge Readers, and collect your leads.

During the event, EasyGo is the tool that helps you collect leads: on the one hand via the Smart Badge Reader, and on the other hand via the Visit Connect web app.

Inviting contacts

We create a successful event together. To make it as easy as possible for you to let your customers and prospects know that you are taking part in InstallTech & Bouw, we offer you Easyfairs’ unique Invitation Service.

You save all the time, design and printing costs that you would normally spend on invitations! We will send personalised invitation cards or emails to your contacts on behalf of your company, free of charge.

Prefer to send the invitations yourself? To make things easy for you, we have prepared your personal registration link and marketing materials for you in My Easyfairs.
