Participation in InstallTech & Bouw includes inviting your relations free of charge via the invitation service. This service is an important marketing tool to attract high‑quality visitors to the event who directly contribute to your business.

How does it work?
Taking part in this service is easy. You upload your contact list (max. 2,000 addresses) in our secure environment in My Easyfairs and we will arrange a professional and personalised invitation featuring your company name.

Good news: you can still invite your relations via your personal URL and use various marketing materials available in My Easyfairs. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Exhibitor Activation.

The main benefits at a glance

65% of visitors enter via Easyfairs’ Invitation Service. You save all the time, design and printing costs you would normally spend on invitations. Contacts who are also in our email database will not receive a postal invitation, but an email with a unique registration code. In all invitations, your company name is mentioned.

We like to make things as easy as possible for you. That is why we have developed a secure environment where you can upload your contact lists with just one click. Inviting your relations has never been so simple! This saves you time and allows you to prepare your event participation in the best possible way.

You want to get a return on your participation. Visitor quality plays a major role in achieving that goal. By providing a high‑quality address list, you (together with other exhibitors) have a strong influence on who you meet.
