How does it work?

Register for InstallTech & Bouw first: after registering, you will receive an email to create your account in the Easyfairs NL app.
Download the Easyfairs NL app: the app is available for both Android and iOS. Follow the link or scan the QR code to download the app.
Set up your profile: tell us about your interests, company details and what you are looking for during the event.
Start matching: start exploring our recommendations, connect with fellow industry professionals and plan your visit.
Enjoy InstallTech & Bouw: with your schedule at your fingertips, you can focus on making new connections and gaining valuable insights!

FAQ

Visitors, speakers and exhibitors can log in to the Easyfairs NL app, where they can follow the latest event news and connect with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers. With the app they can:

  • View the knowledge programme and schedule sessions in their agenda
  • Network with other visitors, exhibitors or speakers
  • Schedule appointments with others during the event
  • View speaker and exhibitor information
  • View the floor plan

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL, or click on ‘Download the app’ in the welcome email you receive.

After registering for the event, you will receive a welcome email to activate your Easyfairs NL app account. Enter the email address you used to register and the registration ID/badge ID from the welcome email. Then create a password, which you can use to log in from then on.

Click the ‘Help?’ button in the app to get in touch so the email can be sent again, or send an email to uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.

In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can start a chat or schedule an appointment.

Under ‘App users’, you can see all users of the app. If you want to connect with another visitor, search for this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you would like to get in touch.

The full programme is visible in the app under the ‘Programme’ section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button for that session.

Under ‘Recommended for you’, you will see suggestions tailored specifically to you, such as exhibitors, stand staff and other visitors. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies, or skip them.
