Event Services can work with you to achieve the desired look and feel of your stand. This can be done by upgrading your stand construction or adding extras such as furniture, printed materials and decoration. In addition, your Event Services contact person is available to answer all your technical questions.

Space only stand construction
If you are using your own stand construction, the stand design must be approved by Event Services. Please send us a visual impression and a technical drawing clearly indicating all dimensions. Designs must be submitted in advance for approval to Event Services stating the event name and stand number.
