Webshop rates

Order on time to benefit from the low early bird rate. View the early bird deadline here.

After the early bird period, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early bird period.

Placing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during build‑up at the exhibitor desk.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies to technical services ordered during build‑up.
  • Only a limited range is available during build‑up and while stocks last.
  • Orders placed via the webshop always have priority over orders placed during build‑up.

Cancelling additional orders is possible up to 15 days before the start of the event. After that, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or its suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
