Specifications
If you have ordered printed materials, you must submit your designs on time. Check the deadlines for when we need to receive your artwork and see the artwork specifications below.
Seamless prints
The canvases of seamless prints are the property of the exhibitor (with the exception of the frame). If you wish to keep the canvas after the event, it must be taken with you immediately after the last event day. The canvas can easily be removed from the frame by pulling the small loop in the bottom corner.
Canvases that are still in the frames one hour after the end of the last event day will be removed and sent for recycling and can no longer be retrieved.
Supplying print files:
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After you have placed an order, you will receive a direct link and more information about uploading the files by email.

Printed stand panels
Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (with the exception of the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels with you, you must indicate this at the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The panels must be collected immediately after the event. Unfortunately, it is not possible to store the panels.
If you do not indicate before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the stand panels with you, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other printed materials
The specifications for other printed materials, such as All‑in Plus banners, printed fascia boards, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after you have ordered the desired product.
All banners, printed canvases and panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (with the exception of the frame). If you would like to take the printed materials with you, you must indicate this at the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The prints must be collected immediately after the end of the last event day. Dismantling is carried out by Easyfairs and/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to store printed materials.
If you do not indicate before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the printed materials with you, they will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
