Stand type
All-in stand
The all‑in stand consists of the following elements:
- Stand walls: white panels in an aluminium frame. Wall height including frame 250 cm. Visible white panel size in frame 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
- Fascia board: aluminium fascia on the aisle side for mounting LED spots.
- LED spots on rail: 6 spots per 2 linear metres.
- Name board: 1 green name board with company name and stand number.
- Carpet tiles: anthracite carpet tiles.
- Stand cleaning: daily vacuuming of the free floor area of the standard floor.
If you are not satisfied with the stand construction on arrival, please report to the exhibitor reception so we can resolve this before the event starts.
Additional options for all‑in stand
Check the webshop or contact Event Services for alternative options for the all‑in stand, such as:
- Different type of flooring
– Raised floor
– Different carpet colour
– Removal of carpet - Different wall colour
- Upgrade packages
Check the webshop or contact Event Services for options to personalise your all‑in stand and make it stand out even more. For example:
- Eye‑catchers
- Printed stand walls / seamless prints
- Furniture
- Decoration
- If you do not want a fascia board, please inform Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
Removal of the fascia board is subject to approval and depends on the stand size and the stand types of neighbouring stands. - If the fascia board is removed, the LED spots and the name board will also be omitted.
Rules and guidelines All-in stand
Stand construction
- Screwing, drilling and nailing into the stand walls is not permitted.
- It is not allowed to use tape on the walls and frames that leaves residue or damages the coating when removed.
- In case of damage to the walls, frames and/or fascia boards, a charge of €50.00 per linear metre will apply.
Carpet
Stand layout
- When placing stand objects in the all‑in stand, you must observe the following height limits:
– Maximum construction height: 4.5 metres
– Maximum height for logos and visuals: 4 metres
- Rigging above the all‑in stand is permitted. Suspension points, etc. can be ordered via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be ordered through us and is carried out by Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for the no‑rigging zones.
- Furnishing the all‑in stand is only allowed within the boundaries of the rented stand space. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside your stand.
- Open sides bordering the aisles may be closed off for a maximum of 50% in order to preserve sight lines.
Space only
A space only stand includes anthracite carpet tiles.
If you have booked a space only stand, you are only renting the floor space with carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.
You are responsible for providing the rest of the stand construction. We kindly ask you to submit your stand floor plan and technical drawing in advance for approval. Please check the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Check the floor plans for the no‑rigging zones. In these areas, rigging above the stand is not possible.
Suspension points (rigging) may only be installed by our in‑house partner Decoriginals. Requests can be submitted via the webshop.
Stand walls higher than 2.5 metres must be finished in a neutral white or black on the rear side from 2.5 metres upwards, without logos or visuals.
It is not permitted to attach stand walls and/or other stand elements to an adjacent stand that is not built by the same exhibitor/stand builder.
Open sides bordering the aisles may be closed off for a maximum of 50% in order to maintain sight lines.
If you are providing your own stand construction for an in‑line stand, please take the net internal dimension into account.
Net internal dimension: –5 cm plus –1 cm per metre of stand wall.
(For example: an in‑line stand 3 metres wide has a net internal dimension of 2.92 m.)
When using sand, bark or other materials that may cause dirt in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underlay. In case of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, a charge of €50.00 per m² will apply.
Removal of the standard carpet must be requested in advance via the webshop.
