How does it work?

  • Register your stand staff: after registration, they will receive an email to create their account in the app.
  • Set up your user profile: tell us about your interests and what you are looking for during the event.
  • Download the app: download the app and benefit from its advantages anytime, anywhere.

FAQ

With the app, you can connect and schedule appointments with visitors, speakers or other exhibitors. You can view the knowledge program and add sessions to your agenda, check speaker and exhibitor information, and consult the floor plan.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL.

After you have registered your stand staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password, which they can use to log in from then on.

Click the ‘Help?’ button in the app to get in touch so the email can be sent again, or send an email to uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.

Under ‘App users’, you can see all users of the app. If you want to connect with, for example, a visitor to the event, search for this person and click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you would like to get in touch.

In the exhibitor list, you will find all participating companies. Click on ‘Show interest’ to indicate that you are interested in the company. If the exhibitor confirms your interest, you can start a chat or schedule an appointment.

The full program is visible in the app under the ‘Program’ section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to agenda’ button for that session.

Under ‘Recommended for you’, you will see suggestions tailored specifically to you, such as visitors, stand staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies, or skip them.
