Electrical connections can be requested in the webshop. It is not permitted to use your own generator.

- Power to standard electrical connections is switched off after the event closes each day. If your machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please order night power via the webshop.
Water
Water supply and/or drainage can be ordered via the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from the fire hoses. Standing water on the stand is only allowed if you comply with the legionella prevention rules.
- Keep the water temperature below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a logbook.
- Flush water pipes and equipment that atomise water regularly, especially if they have not been used for a longer period.
- Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
- Document and record all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.
Compressed air
Compressed air can be ordered via the webshop. You are responsible for connecting your machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during build‑up.
Compressed air is available: From 13:00 on the last build‑up day until 1 hour after closing time on the last event day.
Need compressed air earlier and/or for longer? Please contact Event Services.
Internet-WiFi
Via the webshop, we offer wired internet and Wi‑Fi. See the webshop for the different options.
It is not permitted to set up your own wireless network.
If you depend on a stable internet connection, we recommend ordering a wired internet connection instead of Wi‑Fi.
Rigging
Increase the visibility of your stand from a distance without sacrificing floor space by hanging banners, lighting, AV equipment or objects above your stand.
You can order trusses, lighting, suspension points, etc. via the webshop or through Event Services. All suspension points are supplied by our in‑house partner Decoriginals. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to attach any objects directly to the venue structure yourself.
Unfortunately, rigging is not possible in all areas of the venue. Therefore, please refer to the floor plan of Evenementenhal Gorinchem for the rigging and no‑rigging zones.
