Access and stand staff

Below you will find all key information about access to the event during build‑up, breakdown and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access regulations.

Stand staff

Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During build‑up, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.

Cateringvouchers

All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which grant access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered via the webshop. The catering vouchers and any extra ordered vouchers can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last build‑up day and the first event day.

Lunch: 12:00–14:00
Collection of lunch boxes: 12:00–14:00

Accessibility

By car

From Zwolle
From the A28, take exit 21 (Ommen) to the N340. Via the N36 and N34 you will reach Hardenberg in about 35 minutes.
Continue on the A28 until it becomes the N48 past Hoogeveen. Follow the Coevorderstraat / N377 and N343 to Hardenberg.
From Enschede / Almelo / Hengelo
Via the N36 (towards Vriezenveen) or the N343 (Oldenzaal–Tubbergen), you can easily travel to Evenementenhal Hardenberg.

Parking

Around Evenementenhal Hardenberg, there are 5,000 parking spaces where you can park free of charge.

Public transportation

The town of Hardenberg lies on the railway line between Zwolle and Emmen. You can find current travel times at www.ns.nl. In addition, several buses in the municipality of Hardenberg stop at the ‘De Nieuwe Haven’ bus stop, which is a 2‑minute walk from Evenementenhal Hardenberg.
