Access and stand staff

Below you will find all key information about access to the event during build‑up, breakdown and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access regulations.

Stand staff

Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During build‑up, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.

Cateringvouchers

All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which grant access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered via the webshop. The catering vouchers and any extra ordered vouchers can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last build‑up day and the first event day.

Opening hours exhibitor restaurant: 17:00 – 19:30.

Accessibility

By car

From Weert - Maastricht (A2): Follow the signs for "Randweg Eindhoven" towards Veldhoven/Waalre/Valkenswaard. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Amsterdam/Tilburg/Antwerp. Take exit 30A and turn left towards Strijp. After 1 km, pass under the motorway viaduct and turn left at the traffic lights towards Nijmegen. Take the turn-off for Strijp-S.

From Amsterdam - Den Bosch (A2) and Rotterdam - Tilburg (A58): Follow the "Rondweg N2" towards Eindhoven Airport and take exit 30: Centrum Strijp. Turn left onto Noord-Brabantlaan and then left at the roundabout onto Beukenlaan. Take the turn-off for Strijp-S.

Public transportation

Klokgebouw Eindhoven is accessible by train and bus. If you travel by train, you can get off at Eindhoven Strijp-S station or Central Station. From Central Station, you can take a bus to the Strijp-S stop; the relevant lines are 401, 402, or 403.
