Heavy and large equipment on the stand

All equipment larger/wider than 2.5 metres and/or heavier than 2.5 tonnes must always be registered in advance with Event Services. Based on the stand location, Event Services will determine the delivery sequence in an access schedule.

Forklift service

Easyfairs offers a free forklift service for deliveries of small materials up to 2 meters and a maximum of 2 tons during the regular build-up and dismantling days (not during any early build-up periods).

It is not possible to reserve a time slot for the free forklift service. On site, you can report to the forklift driver wearing the yellow safety vest. This service operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so there may be a waiting time.

Through Valverde, it is possible to reserve a time slot for forklift service up to 2.5 tons. This service is paid and must be requested in advance. Forklift service for materials larger than 2 meters and heavier than 2.5 tons is also available on request and for a fee through Valverde. Please see the brochure for further information, rates, and contact details.

It is not permitted to deliver materials to the stand using your own forklift, electric pallet truck and/or truck-mounted forklift (kooiaap).
