The next edition of InstallTech & Bouw will take place on 14 and 15 April 2027 at Evenementenhal Hardenberg. The event will be open from 11:00 to 20:00 on both days

Evenementenhal Hardenberg offers more than enough parking for both visitors and exhibitors, with 5,000 parking spaces and 12 charging points. Parking at Evenementenhal Hardenberg is free of charge.

Yes, there are 12 charging points available on the car park.

You can register free of charge via the registration portal on our website from a few weeks before the event. As soon as registration opens, click the registration button in the menu at the top of the page and follow the steps. After completing your registration, you will automatically receive your admission ticket by email.

Yes, you can. You just need to register in advance. You can easily do this via the button in the menu at the top of the page once the registration portal is open.

Yes, registration for the event is mandatory. You can register free of charge and easily via the button in the main menu once the registration portal is open.

No problem! When you arrive, please report to one of the hostesses and we will look up your details in our system. You do not need to register again.

You can simply show your ticket on your smartphone at the entrance. There is no need to print your ticket, unless stated otherwise. Just make sure that the barcode or QR code is clearly visible on your screen.

For some sessions or workshops, advance registration is required, for example due to a limited number of places. On the programme page, it is clearly indicated which parts require separate registration and how you can do this.

Yes, you can use the Easyfairs NL app to connect with an exhibitor before your visit. This way, you will get even more out of your visit and be sure of having a good conversation at the stand.

Yes, there are several catering points and hospitality areas where you can get coffee, tea, snacks, lunch and light hot meals. Catering is free of charge for visitors during InstallTech & Bouw.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for visitors at Evenementenhal Hardenberg.

Yes, there is a staffed cloakroom available at the entrance.

Yes, photos and video recordings will be made during the event for reporting and promotional purposes. By visiting the event, you agree that you may appear in these images. If you have any questions about this, you can contact us at installtech-bouw@easyfairs.com.

Yes, InstallTech & Bouw is an excellent place to network. You will meet peers from the sector, suppliers, partners and other professionals. This can be done at the stands, during sessions and in the hospitality areas. Sometimes there are also special networking activities or drinks, which we announce in advance in the programme.
